U.S. keen on finalising Geo-Spatial cooperation at 2+2 dialogue in October

According to reports USA is keen to sign the last foundational agreement Basic Exchange and Cooperation agreement for geospatial cooperation (BECA)  by the next 2+2 dialogue besides this a maritime information agreement is also under negotiation with USA .
