This editorial is on the ongoing tussle between the judiciary and the Andhra Pradesh government where the Chief Minister in a letter to CJI brought allegations against a sitting Judge of the Supreme Court of India. It is unfortunate that the executive, one of the three organs of the state, appears to have lost faith in the judiciary and the very same High Court.
