The world is changing and women are proving their efficiency in every field. India has recently appointed flight Lieutenant Shivangi Singh as the first woman fighter pilot to fly India’s most prestigious multirole fighter aircraft, the Rafael. However, astonishingly the Department of Post has a very few postwomen in its workforce and no physically challenged women in post offices in India.
