There is a long and strong bilateral relationship between India and Maldives. This editorial highlights the efforts made by the Foreign Secreatary Harsh Vardhan Shringla in taking forward this bilateral relation while pointing out some concerns about the protests and occasional rumblings within the ruling Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP).
