A Bench comprising of Justices Ajay Rastogi and L Nageswara Rao while considering the hardships faced by the sex workers directed the government to provide dry rations to those identified by the National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO). While collecting ration, providing identification proof will not be mandatory for these people.
