Quad vaccine partnership goal still on track despite pandemic wave in India: Top U.S. official

A top Biden administration official has said that the Quad group of countries – India, Australia, the U.S. and Japan – are on track to meet their goal of producing at least one billion vaccines for the Asia region by the end of 2022, despite the massive COVID-19 wave that has hit India in recent weeks.
