Naga rebel group says it wrote to PM Modi offering to hold talks ‘abroad’

Seven months ago, in the month of February, the general secretary of The National Socialist Council of Nagaland (IM) – Thuingaleng Muivah, had written a letter to PM Modi with the demand of having separate Naga flag and constitution beside offering to hold talks abroad. Previously the armed rebel group of Nagaland involved in the peace talks held that unless there is a separate flag and constitution for Nagaland, there will be no honorable solution in the peace deal with the Central government. The issue is important from the point of internal security of GS mains III.
