Japan throws support behind India on eastern Ladakh standoff with China

Recently Japan  issued a statement supporting India’s stand in Ladakh ,it said that it opposed any  attempts to “unilaterally change” in  the status quo  in the region. This statement comes after foreign secretary briefed the Japanese ambassador today. This news is related to the topic Bilateral, regional and global groupings and agreements involving India and/or affecting India’s interests of GS 2.
