The Chinese embassy had sent an email to Indian media houses where it asked them to Beijing’s One-China policy ahead of Ahead of Taiwan’s national day on 10 October. In its response Joseph Wu, the foreign minister of Taiwan said “India is the largest democracy on Earth with a vibrant press and freedom loving people. But it looks like communist China is hoping to march into the subcontinent by imposing censorship. Taiwan’s Indian friends will have one reply: GET LOST!”. It must be noted that China has never followed the One-India policy. It had openly announced that it does not accept Ladakh as a Union Territory of India. The issue is important from point of International Relations.
