Involuntary narco tests an intrusion into a person’s mental privacy: Supreme Court

In a 2010 judgement Supreme Court had held that Involuntary administration of lie detector test or narco test is an “intrusion” into a person’s “mental privacy”. It had said that such tests involves future harassments, abuse etc. and are an affront to human liberty and dignity.
