In 2015, a severe magnitude earthquake had hit Nepal and had devastated the country. India had promised to Help in rebuilding and renovating houses and educational institutions affected in the natural disaster. As committed, India handed over a cheque of Nepali Rupees 1.54 billion to Nepal’s Ministry of Finance. The topic is important from the point of India-Nepal relations.
