Relevance:
The biggest let down during the whole pandemic have been the Supreme Court and other high courts in India. Since last year the jusiciary has just watched the executive take decisions in haste and not interfered even when it required the most. The pandemic is a non-politcal issue and even here the judiciary has just watched people die.
