Dormant but waiting to strike

This editorial on the terror outfits like al-Qaeda, Taliban, Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) Islamic State, and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM). We are fortunate that during the pandemic we have not heard much their terror activities, but they still continue to pose threats to India and its neighborhood. One reason behind reduced open terror attacks could be lack of resources and temporary loss of support from those normally hostile to the non-Islamic world and tolerant Muslims.
