Relevance

Climate change is the single most challenge to the Earth that surpasses everything. Climate change is going to affect all aspects and all kinds of life on Earth. Climate change is driving countless shifts in marine ecosystems. The increase in green house gases and carbon dioxide is causing changes in water temperature, ocean acidification and de-oxygenation which are leading to rising sea levels, changes in ocean circulation and increased cyclonic intensity. These changes largely effects the marine ecosystem. Climate change weakens the ability of marine ecosystems to provide with critical ecological services.
