One of the most critical decision being considered by the State governments is on reopening schools in November. Once schools are reopened, it could pose unprecedented risk to the vulnerable individuals at home as was observed in Israel after schools were reopened. Hence, if schools are reopened during pre-vaccine phase, State health authorities needs to regularly monitor the educational institutions and ensure that all safety protocols are being strictly followed.
