As former CJI accepts RS berth, let’s say it again: Judges are not law, but its creatures

The Constitution of India preaches the principle of ‘separation of power’. The nomination of the recently retired CJI of the Supreme Court, however, questions the principle and the growing nexus between judges and political parties. Actions of judges and former judges should be questioned if the basic rules of law are violated by them.
