Relevance:
In the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, the budget session of the Indian Parliament was cut short and adjourned sine die on 23rd March 2020. Since, then the Indian Parliament has not met, not even virtually when the other counterparts are doing so. The Parliament is apex law making body. And the fact that is missing during the crisis indicates the absence of scrutiny of governmetn actions.
